LEXINGTON POINTE

Project Location: 841 Lee St, Des Plaines, IL

USA Fire Protection’s talented team provided fire protection to Lexington Pointe. Lexington Pointe is a fifty-eight-unit townhome community in Des Plaines, Illinois. Each 1,800 square foot, three-level unit is protected with a fire sprinkler system using CPVC pipe and fittings to ensure the safety of all residents.

Project Location: 1300 22nd St, Oak Brook, IL 60523

The USAFP team provided the fire and life safety for the three-story furniture store in a way that concealed over 450 fire sprinkler heads and matched with the interior aesthetic, providing the highest level of protection.

LAKE SHORE EAST

Project Location: 211 N. Harbor Drive and 455 E. Waterside Drive

USA Fire Protection provided the fire and life safety systems for the Cirrus and Cascade Towers of Lake Shore East located along Lake Shore Drive. Cirrus tower stands 47 stories high at 652 feet tall housing 350 condos. The Cascade tower stands 37 stories high at 296 feet housing 503 apartments. Both towers are equipped with dry systems in the parking garage floors and wet systems throughout the remaining floors.

Topline Furniture

Project Location: Joliet, Illinois

Topline Furniture is an innovative wholesaler that sources, stores, distributes, and delivers furniture. To protect the 29 storage racks, USA Fire Protection installed in-rack fire sprinkler systems. This 900,000 square foot space was protected by 5 systems, each covering 6 racks.

Libertyville Highschool Field House

Project Location: Libertyville Highschool

Libertyville High School’s recent field house remodel included renovations of the existing pool, locker areas, and mezzanine spectator seating for 420 people. USA Fire Protection equipped this 25,000 square foot space with over 140 sprinkler heads. The USAFP team worked with the unique schedule to complete this project before the school session resumed.

1400 South Wabash

Project Location: 1400 South Wabash, Chicago, IL

The sleek glass exterior of 1400 South Wabash makes this high-rise a popular choice for those looking to live in one of Chicago’s most sought-after new neighborhoods. During the construction of this 340,326-foot tower, USAFP provided nearly 3,000 sprinkler heads to fulfill the needs of both zones within the 32 stories.

Bedford Park Fire Department

Project Location: Bedford Park, IL

USAFP worked around the firefighters’ activities to install the fire sprinklers as the firefighters actively lived and worked in the 16,500 square foot fire station.

Union West

Project Location: 939 Washington, Chicago, IL

USA Fire Protection provided the fire and life safety for Union West. Union West is a 2-tower property each consisting of 15 stories. With a total of 357 apartments, this is a prominent location in the west loop. This residential high-rise has a landscaped roof, a parking podium, and many amenities.

LINK CROSSING

Project Location: 2054 Link Drive, Buffalo Grove, IL

Link Crossing is a multi-unit townhome community featuring up to 7 different home designs. Each Structure consists of 4-7 units per building. USAFP equipped this location with 13D wet systems using CPVC piping. Each unit has its own system to ensure optimal safety.

Triangle Square

Project Location: 2155 N Elston Ave, Chicago IL 60614

Triangle Square is a 7 Story building with precast construction on level 1 and CFMF construction on level 2-7. The CFMF construction took place in four phases. The first floor has parking, retail, and residential lobby spaces. Two dry systems protect the parking garage, and one wet system protects the lobby and retail spaces.

Our Lady Of Angels

Project Location: 3808 W Iowa St, Chicago, IL 60651

On December 1st, 1958, shortly before the school day ended, a fire ignited in a basement trash pile killing 92 students and 3 sisters. USAFP contributed to the mission by donating a state-of-the-art fire sprinkler system design, including engineering and the materials.

Olive Garden

Project Location: 2440 Milwaukee St, Delafield, WI 53018

This new 13,000 square foot Olive Garden Restaurant in Delafield Wisconsin is protected with over 190 sprinkler heads. This Olive Garden replaces the Perkins tat on 2440 Milwaukee St. on the corner of Golf Road.

Deerfield Senior (Tamarisk)

Project Location: 1627 Lake Cook Road, Deerfield, IL

This senior living facility is six stories tall and provides 240 housing units. The facility includes first-floor resident parking, a hair salon, a gym, and walking paths. USA Fire Protection was selected to protect this senior residence with full-service fire protection. The team installed nineteen wet systems and two dry systems, one new fire pump, and five standpipes.

Halas Hall

Project Location: 1920 Football Dr, Lake Forest, IL

Halas hall serves as the Chicago Bears’ headquarters. USA Fire Protection was selected to provide fire protection to the new fourth-floor addition, and the renovations to the existing first and second floor. Our talent team installed two new standpipes and a new fire pump system for the six-phase project. USA Fire Protection also provided one dry system with a nitrogen generator and over 1,800 sprinklers.

Dicks Sporting Goods

Project Location: 9800 Ridgeland Ave, Chicago, IL 60415

USAFP completed the fire protection for this Dicks Sporting Goods store at the Ridge Mall in Chicago. This standard 1-story retail store is equipped with over 600 sprinkler heads.

50 EAST RANDOLPH

Project Location: 50 East Randolph, Chicago, Illinois

50 East Randolph is a 214-unit luxury apartment building standing 25 stories tall. This building features 309,000 square feet of living space, many amenities as well as first floor mixed retail space. USAFP provided the fire and life safety solution to this new build

STEPPENWOLF THEATRE

Project Location: 1650 N Halsted, Chicago, IL

The original Steppenwolf theatre was built in 1991, after many years of growth the company needed to expand its space by upgrading the stage and orchestra pit. USAFP added a new fire pump to the existing structure to provide service to both the new addition and the existing space

Abt

Project Location: 1200 Milwaukee Ave, Glenview, IL

Abt Electronics expanded their existing warehouse by almost 900,00 square feet. The construction required an addition of over 4,300 sprinkler heads. The new systems had to tie into the existing fire pump to protect the entirety of this location which included 22,000 square feet of offices.

Milwaukee Bucks Arena - Fiserv Forum

Project Location: 1111 Vel R. Phillips Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53203

The Milwaukee Bucks Arena, also known as the Fiserv Forum, is 714,000 square feet with a total of 17,500 spectator seats. The USAFP team installed over 7,500 sprinkler heads and 20 systems (12 wet, 3 dry, 3 pre-action, 2 clean agent). This massive arena has 25 miles of sprinkler piping stretched throughout the facility. A total of 25 miles of sprinkler piping extends throughout this massive arena.

Southbank Building E

Project Location: 234 W Polk Street, Chicago, IL

This 41-story, 440-unit tower known as “The Reed” is the second residential tower in Southbank’s seven-acre lot running alongside the Chicago River. The USAFP team designed and installed the fire safety systems for this 613,670 square foot high-rise with over 5,500 sprinkler heads.

Potowatomi Casino and Hotel

Project Location: 1721 W Canal St, Milwaukee, WI 53233

The team at USAFP provided the fire protection for the Potawatomi Casino and HOTEL expansion. The new tower addition adds 119 rooms and suits bringing the total rooms to 500, making this the second largest hotel in Milwaukee. 5900 sprinkler heads and 12 systems were tied into the existing system while the 24-hour casino continued to run at full operation with no interference.

Uptown 500

Project Location: 500 W Dundee Rd, Wheeling, IL 60090

Uptown 500 is a 6-story luxury apartment building consisting of 321 units. The 12,500 sq ft first floor includes retail and restaurant space. USAFP provided the interior as well as the parking garage with fire protection using 13D wet and dry systems.

Rivers Casino Parking Structure

Project Location: Des Plains, IL

Our team was responsible for the design and installation of over 1,900 sprinklers, covering over 450,000 square feet. This included fire protection for over 880 additional parking spots.

Corners Of Brookfield

Project Location: 20111 W. Bluemound Road Brookfield, WI 53045

The Corners of Brookfield is a premier town center covering 750,000 square feet, including 400,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, 244 residential apartments, and over 1,700 parking spaces. The USAFP team protected this location with over 9,500 sprinkler heads.

Pace Bus

Project Location: Plainfield, IL

The new Pace Bus Facility in Plainfield Illinois was made possible by Rebuild Illinois funding and will support Bus on Shoulder Express Service from southwest the suburbs. This 270,000 square foot facility is equipped with over 2,100 sprinkler heads to protect this new park and ride facility.

Stepen

Project Location: 1101 Skokie BLVD, Northbrook, IL

Stepan is a chemical manufacturing company. The USAFP team equipped the four floors of office space at this location with a preaction system and over 470 sprinkler heads to assure the safety for the employees and guests of this facility.

UIC Medical Offices

Project Location: 1926 Harrison, Chicago

1926 Harrison is housing for UIC Students for school, work, and studying. This 18-story building consists of 306 units and houses over 500 students. USAFP equipped this location with over 2,500 sprinkler heads.

Iron Gate

The Iron Gate property consists of 16 total buildings, and each building consisting of 14 total units, bringing the grand total to 224 Car Condos. Each building has its own fire suppression system equipped with a total of 325 sprinkler heads per building, meeting today’s highest fire protections standards.

Rush Oakbrook

Project Location: Oakbrook, IL

USAFP provided the fire safety systems to the 4 floors of parking and 4 floors of medical offices at this large outpatient center. The goal of this project was to provide fire protection systems that do not distract from the visual aesthetic of this facility. USA Fire Protection was able to ensure aesthetically pleasing full-service fire protection systems to the Rush Oakbrook offices.

Hairbo

Project Location: 12488 Goldbear Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158

The USAFP team provided the fire protection systems to Haribo’s 136.8-acre manufacturing facility. This facility includes a 487,400ft², three-story production building and a two-story administrative building extension. In addition, a single-story warehouse building will connect to the production facility. This structure is protected with over 1,400 sprinkler heads.

Northwestern Mutual Tower

Project Location: 805 E Mason St, Milwaukee, WI 53202

The USAFP team protected this 32-story office building with over 10,000 fire sprinklers. Right in the heart of downtown Milwaukee, this location is known for its stunning views of the city and lake.
